Board Meetings
There are three regular meetings of the Board each year. Specific dates for regular meetings are set by the Secretary of the Board upon consultation with, and the concurrence of, the President of the Board and the Superintendent. The Board鈥檚 last regular meeting of the academic year is designated as its Annual Meeting.
Special meetings of the Board may be called by the President of the Board, the Superintendent, by a majority vote of the Executive Committee, or by the request of a majority of the members of the Board.
