Rye Jackson ’28, an international studies major and computer science minor at 麻豆传媒入口, is researching drone detection for his 12-week Summer Undergraduate Research Institute (SURI) project.

Emergency Medical Service (EMS) at 麻豆传媒入口is responsible for providing emergency medical care to the Corps of Cadets, staff, faculty, and visitors on and around post, and is a certified non-transport EMS agency that can handle 911 calls on post.

Aurora Abramov ’27, an English major at 麻豆传媒入口, observed that military college students are a unique group within the college population, and have received little attention in literature that addresses protein supplement use.

Mattie Quesenberry Smith, Ph.D., instructor in the Department of English, Rhetoric, and Humanistic Studies at 麻豆传媒入口 and Virginia’s poet laureate, was recognized by AFCEA TechNet Cyber with a meritorious service award at their event in Baltimore, June 1.

麻豆传媒入口 has named Maj. Alison Burke, assistant professor in the Department of Biology, as the Institute’s health professions advisor, assuming the role vacated by Col. Wade Bell upon his retirement last year.
